Returns & Exchanges

UNWORN products purchased from CAMOFLEUR.com may be returned within 21 days of receiving your order (some exclusions apply). If you are not happy with your CAMOFLEUR.com purchase you may return or exchange full-priced, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 21 days of receiving your package. Items purchased from CAMOFLEUR.com that are received after the 21 day time frame will NOT BE eligible for return or exchange. SALE items are FINAL SALE.

For a return or exchange, please email care@camofleur.com to request an RA number. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email. Once your return is approved we will send you a return label that can be printed at home. We recommend you return items in their original mailer.

Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. A $7.95 USD shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet industry accepted hygiene and health standards.
